So what do you think, which is the best? I only have some experience with AMD when I juiced 2.1 GHz out of my old sempron 3000

My friend tried overclocking the IBM cpu in his mac a while back. It didn't go too well.

Hehe, I pretty much burnt down my AMD too What happened to your friends IBM?
Every once in a while I hear again that someone has screwed up his comp with overclocking. I know that feeling if you're not quite sure what you're doing but hey - it's exciting! I've never touched a BIOS again with overclocking thoughts in my mind. Don't need a powerful PC anyways.

I don't wanna risk...
Buying a computer it's not that cheap.

I overclocked my old Sempron 3000 too

I overclocked the bus speed on it. It went well.

I have never done overclocking and would never do nor recommend anyone to do so. PC's are still on the expensive side.

ClockGen is a small software which combines overclocking of different components of the system and hence makes it very easy to overclock from one place. Another good thing about ClockGen is that it is portable meaning it doesn’t need to be installed. Just unzip it in a folder and run it from there.
