What is the best freeware software for optimizing computers performance? I've so far only used freeram, quite handy I think. Though I waited for a little bit better results.

Never tried one.
So far I had no problems with my computer's speed.

I've had no problems whatsoever with my PC when it comes to speed and so the need hasn't arised to use any optimizer. Infact I don't even know if there is any good optimizer in market.
