If I would host free games (over 500MB) at them I would be banned?

You probably wont be able to host 500MB on it. theyll ban you for some obscure reason, thats how unlimited works, they cant possibly offer unlimited space, there is no such thing, they ban you when you use too much.

go with a non-oversold host.

Overselling means that the provider offers more in space and bandwidth than they actually have. Basically if you had a server with a 250GB HDD and 1000GB bandwidth and you sold someone a hosting package consisting of 500GB web space and 5000GB bandwidth you are overselling which could lead to problems in the future.
